Web conference call is predicted to to take over traditional conference call as the preferred form of communication. Knowing its advantages will give you a better understanding of why you should go for web conference call as an option.

- A web-based conference call is easier and cheaper to set up because it relies on VoIP technology which does not make use of older and more expensive circuit switching technology. There are even services providers who do not charge you for it as long as you use it within certain limits and even if these were paid services, it will still come out relatively cheaper than traditional telephone audio conferences.

- Another advantage is that these internet calls are very easy to start. All it takes is for you to sign up for a free or paid service, or download a software. These service providers usually give you instructions on how to proceed after signing up. For free services, using them can be as easy as adding contacts and clicking call to make a connection.

- This is an extremely convenient mode of communication. You require no special set ups. To start a basic internet conference call, you just need your computer, internet connection, microphone and speakers. Service providers may have additional requirements if they have special add on features that you would like to use.

- Web conference calls can be made from nearly anywhere. You can even make calls on your vacation or from anywhere as long as you have a satellite internet connection.

- Internet conferencing can incorporate very advanced features. You dont need to stay stuck on plain audio communications. Aside from basic audio calls, the web can also make video conferencing possible. The best services however can go one step higher. They can allow information swapping and sharing online which is a clear advantage for businesses that have satellite office in different parts of the world.

Web conferencing can offer so much to an organization in terms of communication. Like anything else though, it also has limitations and disadvantages. Everyone knows that the internet does not always provide perfect connections. Another possibility is the incompatibility with old computer systems or hardware and the internet technology.

Web conferencing could also be affected by malicious attacks. Since you have to use the internet, you could also attract viruses and hackers. The worst scenario would probably involve having important information stolen from you as you send them online.

Despite the limitations though, web conferencing is still a valuable tool. This is true regardless of whether you would like to make a web conference call for personal or business reasons. In time, it is possible that its limitations may eventually be overcome by newer and better online technology.

The Best Way To Make Money Online

Making money from home is never easy. If you have tried to start an internet marketing business, you have probably been frustrated in your efforts. It seems the internet marketing guru’s all have a plan that involves Adwords and affiliate marketing. I tried several of their plans and learned that the cost of pay-per-click advertising was far more that the commission I earned through affiliate marketing. I knew there had to be a better way.

If you have a dream of making money from home, or even in some faraway romantic place, you need a strategy for internet marketing that works! There is one strategy that will work for you, just like it has worked for countless others and that is article marketing. What is article marketing? It is using free articles, like this one, to attract new customers. What’s the downside to article marketing? It takes time and work. But after a few months of repeated effort, your work will begin to pay off and once it does it never stops. Its not a race, its a business plan.

That’s the secret – Make a plan and stick to it.

Beginning today you will:

* Select a product that you believe has potential for success.

* Find the keywords that are used when people are looking for your product

* Write 5 different reports about your chosen product. The report should be approximately 250- 600 words in length. Alternatively you can snatch an already written article from an article directory and re-write it using your own words. Article “spinning” software can help you with this.

* Register with 5 article directories such as ezine, articlecity, goarticle, etc and post a different version of your article on each one. Make sure to use the relevant key words both in the article and in the articles title.

* Repeat tomorrow.

* Once you have 25 articles on that product (5 days) find another product and repeat.

Depending on your speed, you can write and post an article in about 30 – 50 minutes so getting 5 articles a day posted online should take you less than 5 hours. The payoff is the articles never go away. People read them and other people post them on their website. If anyone has an interest in finding out more, they click through to your sales page. Free traffic, that’s the ticket to internet profits.
